to show you using My Minds Eye Kraft Fun Days products which you can pick up here at Scrapbooking Haven at every good prices.
I have found that this range is great for boy pages, it is more masculine in colours but did do one layout of my grand daughters which did work quiet well. So I will show you these two pages and you can see for yourself.
I had to add so bright elements on both layouts has the papers were a bit flat/bland without that pop factor.
I had a bit of a dig in my overflowing stash supply and used up some old, old stash on both pages. ♥

First up is my Quote Challenge #7, the quote is...
You pray for rain, you gotta deal with the mud too. That's a part of it.
Denzel Washington

All you have to do is use this quote on your page, here is my sample page.
Used elements from Digital-Crea Fr.
Next up is my challenge for the 'Shop Til Ya Drop' 2nd Birthday Celebrations comp at Soul Scrappers.
My shop is floral flair. The criteria is to create a project which includes at least 9 flowers, floral patterned paper and a floral cluster corner.
I haven't created a page with so many flowers on it for ages, but it is a great way to use up all those extra pieces floating around.

I Have Scrapped
today but the weather is so crappy and it is useless to try to take a photos, but I did take a couple of close up with my iPhone to share with you all.
I am hoping this rain clears up soon, we have so much water everywhere and everything is starting to feel damp and wet...yuck!

2 More Pages
I can finally share with you all.
First up is a layout I did for a blog post over at Scrapbooking Haven, so I decided to do a tutorial on altering chipboard. I have done this technique a few times, a layout with this technique was feature on Aussie Scrap Source last year. So how do you alter your chipboard. You wet it and pull the layer apart then dry it with a heat gun. The layers will curl up a bit and if they don't give them a helping hand.
So here is my page.
Some close ups...
Gives your page a more 3D effect and it beats having plain flat chipboard.
Also added hidden journaling.
So next is my sample page for my challenge 'what's cooking' over at Scrapbooking Haven Cybercrop.
My criteria is to use...
Paint/ink on your background paper, an altered piece of chipboard, brads, string and strips of patterned paper.
Love this photo of Natasha, she had real attitude...actually she still does, lol.
So that is all, hope you have enjoyed what you have seen.

DT Layouts
A couple of DT layouts I created for Scrapbooking Haven to share with you all.
First layout I used My Mind's Eye Kraft Fun Day products. Just love the natural look off all these products which I thought would look great with male photos. I have used photos of my oldest son. now I don't get a chance to get too many photos of this boy he is always running away or being silly, so I was really glad that these ones turned out so good.
Had to add a bit of colour to make the layout not so flat [if that is the right word], maybe I should say bland/neutral...
So now onto my second layout. This one is using Webster Pages [not my favourite pages], I kept the page very simple as the page is so pretty. I think that is why the scare me, they are just so pretty.
Not sure I like the end result, might have to redo it. The photos I used here are of my twins, Natasha and Martin when they were just over a year old, the photo on the right is the fella in the layout above. So that is all I have to share with you today. I have scrapped some more pages but can't share just yet, tomorrow I will be able to :)
Thanks for stopping by ♥

My First CT Layout
I was very lucky to be selected to be part of the creative team over at Scrap the Girls blog for the next 6 months. So my first layout is up at Scrap The Girls blog.
This month's challenge is to scrap a monochromatic layout, so it can be any colour as long as it is mono. A little bit of white and black is allowed. I decided to go with orange for my mono colour, it just suited these photos of Mia perfectly.
I think I will have to do mono layouts more often, rather like the look of this one. I used lots of older stash that still looked great on this layout. Here are a couple of close ups of the details...
Would love to see your pages as well.
