Not enought hours in the day for me to do all that I want too :(
So this could be a bit of a long post...
First I have a couple of layout that I have done for The Color Room
This is this weeks palette...
And this is my creation, I don't think I quiet got the colors right but I like what I did.
The gingham material is actually brown & white check. I made the flowers from a tutorial that Lydell posted over at Scrapz.biz
Here are some close ups...
Now this was my take on last weeks palette.
A few close up to show you the detail.
I used up the punched out hearts as well. I started my layout based on the sketch but I lost it somewhere in there, lol!!! This was the palette...
I love the blind scrap challenges over at Scrapz.biz. Last week Mel set the challenge and this is my take on it.
Has you can see I have been busy using up lots of my old stash on all my layouts. The photo I used was not the best quality, I did try to fix it on my photo editing program.
Now for a little sneak peak of my DT layout for next months poster challenge over at From Screen 2 Scrap
Will be posting the full layout shortly.
Well that is all for now, I will try to post more frequently to keep it short...

I can't Believe It...
I have been selected as one of this weeks featured layouts over at The Color Room for my layout 'too cute'
I am totally shocked that I was selected and would like to say a big thank you to all that have left comments on my layout :)

A Couple More To Share...
I did these 2 layouts for weekly challenges over at Scrapz.biz.
First one was for Mel sketch challenge.
I made the roses myself after seeing a you tube video, they were so easy. Here is a close up...
Next is a layout for Lydell's Blind Scrap challenge. I love how this turned out.
So that is all for now. Thanks for stopping by!

I Have Done It Again...
I have neglected my blog and now I have a super long post to add with all my latest creations to share...
I will try not to bore you all with a lot of info.
First up is a just because layout. My mum gave me some photos to copy and one was this one of her when she was aged 16. I used Basic Grey papers, I also made my own flowers and crotcheted lace.
Next is my creation for this weeks color combo for the Color Room. This is the palette for this week.
This is what I created. I used some really, really old foof-a-la papers. Talk about using old stash, lol...
I also pulled out my sewing machine here, which is not something I do. I usually do hand stitching on my layouts.
And a couple of close ups to show you the detail.
Next up is the layout I created for palette #9 at the Color Room. Color were red, pink, blue & white.
I used a garter clip of all things on this layout and some leather.
Some detail shots...
This layout was for last weeks What's Cooking challenge over at Scrapz.biz We had to create a layout using yellow somewhere, butterflies, flowers and it had to have a summer feel to it.
Another challenge over at Scrapz.biz last week was scrap it blind. This is what I created with the instructions. I did some hybrid scrapping on this layout with the fish, and I made my own fishing rod out of a twig and string.
And now a digital layout to share, this was for a challenge over at Soul Scrappers. We had to create a monochromatic color scheme, we had to select a color from our flower photo that had to be used.
Well that is it, I hope I didn't bore you all. I will try to post more often in future, well I will try anyway!

Oh My Poor Neglected Blog!
It has been a while since I have posted.
I have had extra shifts at work so scrapping and posting was sort of neglected.
Well anyway I have a few creations to share with you.
First up is this month challenge over at From Screen 2 Scrap.
This is this months poster.
Interesting poster isn't it!
So this is what I created, I did a lot of hybrid scrapping. The tree, rabbit, vines and a few other bits and pieces are images from digital kits or from the internet. Created the fence myself, so don't look to close, lol!
Next is my layout for this weeks palette over at The Color Room.
I loved this weeks palette, here it is.
I used the sketch for the base of my layout. I did lots of stamping to create the leaves, also inked around the edge of the doily and alpha letters. You can't really see it but I have also used some acrylic hearts that are scattered around the page. I tried something different with bit of tulle as well.
I was very pleased with the end result.
Over at Scrapz.Biz they have weekly challenges, wish I could do them all but time always seems to slip through my fingers. Last weeks SIB challenge was set by Mel and I just had to scrap it. I used up some really old stash to create this layout. It is also featured on there website home page at present.
Loved the textures that the different flowers gave this page.
Oh I forget to share the layout I did for last weeks palette over at The Color Room.
This was the palette...
I am not too impressed with my creation, I did a bit every night after work and I think I was just too tired, should of given it a miss I think. Oh well I am sure we all have hit and miss creations, so here it is...
Last but not least is my DT challenge for over at Soul Scrappers.
My challenge is to create a layout using these colors
Also the photo used must have a person in it. This is my sample for this...
I used digital elements from Digital Crea.
Well that is all I have to share, sorry it was a long post. Hope I didn't bore you, lol!
